This is one stinky flavouring, extremely potent. It almost has a beef like smell. This flavour concentrate is pretty spot on when it comes to maching the natural scent. If you have ever kept fish at home and fed them bloodworm you know the smell.
This stuff can linger for hours, It all so works well mixed with other flavourings.
use up to 10ml per kg
Always start off at a lower level and work your way up, I would advise doing small test batches with any new flavour untill you get the correct flavour ratio.
