This dense spicy salami flavour concentrate is something else. It has a rich savoury, meaty, spicy flavour profile with subtle hints of garlic too extremely pungent. Due to its strenth and complex flavour profile there is no need to go high with the inclusion levels all thought it couldnt hurt to try.
use up to 4-6ml per kg
All ways start off at a lower level and work your way up, I would advise doing small test batches with any new flavour untill you get the correct flavour ratio.
